RAW MATERIAL

We exclusively use high-quality yarn that has passed rigorous testing. Greige fabric is meticulously controlled for any yarn or knitting defects, alongside strict verification of weight and consistency.

DYED FABRIC

Comprehensive color matching processes and detailed fabric checks are performed to identify and eliminate any potential dyeing defects before proceeding.

PHYSICAL CHEMICAL TESTS

All processed fabric undergoes stringent testing for color fastness to dyeing and printing, GSM accuracy, dimensional stability, and spirality to ensure lasting quality.

MEASUREMENT CONTROL

We implement rigorous steps before bulk production:
INITIAL SAMPLE: Stitched to precisely recheck pattern and measurements.
PILOT SAMPLE: 10 pieces stitched in each color and size to confirm style, workmanship, and measurement accuracy.
